To date Sandstone Consulting has completed consultancy assignments in Brazil, South Africa, Mexico, Hong Kong, China, Switzerland, Spain and Belgium.

These have included:

• Consultancy and expert support in the reform of the governance system of a major global humanitarian organisation
• Critical reviews for an organisation establishing new offices in Brazil, South Africa and Mexico for resourcing and support  
• Strategic review for an organisation repositioning itself with regard to China
• The restructuring of the senior management team of a global rights based anti-poverty organisation
• Establishing performance indicators for the secretariat of a global anti-corruption organisation
• Reviewing the organisation-wide reform of a global environmental organisation
• Designing and facilitating an international conference and strategic planning discussion for a transparency and accountability organisation
